Ladybug In Barcelona

I have a special fondness for ladybugs.
Coming from the farm, I was always told that ladybugs were good luck.
They ate all the ‘bad’ bugs.
And they do.
Because I have aphid prone roses in my front gardens,
I am, every year, swarmed with ladybugs.
Some get inside the house
and winter in the sunny bathrooms
(I haven’t the heart to hurt them but I DO shoo them out in the spring).
I spotted this ladybug on my hubby’s shirt in Barcelona.
I took it as a good sign for the trip.
